Cancellation Timeline & Refunds
- 48 hours or more before the scheduled service:

Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service:
You are eligible for a 50% refund. -
Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows:
No refund will be issued. The full amount will be charged.
You are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
